April is an AI-powered bookkeeping assistant provided by April ("we", "us"). By signing up, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per business. You must be at least 18 years old to use April.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No payment details are required during the trial. After 30 days, you will need to subscribe to continue using the service.
April costs £12 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period.
April provides AI-assisted bookkeeping via WhatsApp, including booking logging, expense tracking, a web dashboard, weekly summaries, and CSV exports. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You own your data. We store it securely on European servers and never sell or share it with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

April is a bookkeeping assistant, not a qualified accountant. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records and meeting your tax obligations. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
You can cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@yourapril.co.uk. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
